Rugare Mandima

Senior Partner: Rugare Mandima

Rugare completed his B.L. Hons. & LLB degrees in 1983 and 1984 respectively. He joined the firm in January 1985, as a Professional Assistant, and was admitted as a Partner in 1989. From the 1st of January 1999 to the 31st of August 1999, he joined Gambe & Associates as a Partner but left to rejoin Danziger & Partners. He has been the Senior Partner of the firm since January 2001 who specializes in Conveyancing, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates Administration and Corporate Advisory services. He is also responsible for administration, business development and general well-being of the firm.

Based at Harare.

Partner: Godfrey Mutseyekwa

Godfrey completed his B.L. Hons. and L.L.B. degrees in 1987 and 1988 respectively. He joined the firm as a Professional Assistant in November 1988, and became a Partner in 1993. Godfrey specializes in Deceased Estates and Administration, Labour, Complex Civil litigation and Corporate Advisory Services. He is responsible for the training and development of our professional assistants so as to ensure continuity of good and efficient service delivery.

Absolom Muchandiona

Partner: Absolom Muchandiona

Absolom completed his L.L.B. Hons. degree in 1995, joined the firm in 1996 and was admitted as a Partner in 2001. He specializes in Labour, Civil litigation and Corporate advisory services. Absolom is responsible for the quality of our standard documents i.e. agreements, pleadings and routine correspondence.

Partner: Patience Takayendesa

Patience completed her L.L.B. Hons. degree in 2005., She worked for the Ministry of Justice as a Public Prosecutor and Magistrate up to 2008 when she joined the firm as a Professional Assistant and was admitted as Partner in 2012. She specializes in Criminal and Civil litigation, Labour and Family law.

Based at Gweru.

Partner: Simon Musapatika

Simon completed his L.L.B. Hons. degree in 2013 and was admitted as a legal practitioner the same year. He briefly worked at the High Court of Zimbabwe in Harare, before joining the firm in January 2014. He specializes in Civil and Criminal litigation with a notable bias to corporate, commercial and property law as well as, agricultural and land disputes and mining law. He became a Partner on 1 July 2018.
